How FIFA 14 Should Be Tested

Each release of FIFA sees a tactic grow in popularity until everyone online is using it as the way to win. But is there a way that EA could spot what might become an exploitable tactic, and possibly step in to make some alterations? As it turns out, there is. I’ve put together a video with a recommendation to EA as to how to test out FIFA 14 to spot exploitable tactics, so let’s hope that the promise that there isn’t one best way to score becomes a reality.

Reflex Gaming Tournament Winter Edition – Announced

A FIFA event for the XBOX has been announced from within the Netherlands. Announced early enough for people to organise flights, hotels and other travel options the event will be run on 16th and 17th of February early in 2013. Along side the FIFA event will be a Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 event.

The prize allocation for FIFA has not been announced as of yet, however across the 4 games it does show that the overall prize fund is currently showing as €12,000+ which could possibly be evenly spread between the games (we hope!)

However the date is a bit of a mystery as to why they chose just 1 week after the scheduled Virgin Gaming Challenge Series and will certainly douse a lot of good players hope of going, but I still predict they will get a big number in attendance.

The location is at a local university in Amsterdam which from the pictures looks a very spacious and clean venue. It’s always nice to see new building as a hosting location as it is rarely chosen due to usually bumps the price!

FIFA 13: Terry’s Road to Redemption Episode 2

John Terry is back to lead a rag-tag bunch of misfits to title glory and promotion! He’s going to have his work cut out for him today with some quality opposition. However, if he can see his side through the tough times, he could be well on his way to carving out a positive reputation for himself. FIFA 13: Rise of the Champions

I am back on my quest to reach Division 1 and claim some trophies along the way. Last year I missed out on Division 1 through a mixture of unluckiness, poor finishing and timing. But this year, I plan to set things right and hopefully entertain along the way. FIFA 13: Terry’s Road to Redemption

We’ve seen Road to Glory style series before, but few have had such a purpose. John Terry has developed a reputation for himself over the last few seasons. It isn’t unjustified of course, but now he hopes to use a FIFA 13 Ultimate Team series to redevelop his reputation and reclaim his good name. In Terry’s Road to Redemption, he plans to become a central figure in a successful team made up of black players. As I ask in the intro, “Is it a good idea?” Well it’s certainly an idea and Terry needs all the positive press he can get!
