A FIFA event for the XBOX has been announced from within the Netherlands. Announced early enough for people to organise flights, hotels and other travel options the event will be run on 16th and 17th of February early in 2013. Along side the FIFA event will be a Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 event.
The event was announced via YouTube with a video.

The prize allocation for FIFA has not been announced as of yet, however across the 4 games it does show that the overall prize fund is currently showing as €12,000+ which could possibly be evenly spread between the games (we hope!)
However the date is a bit of a mystery as to why they chose just 1 week after the scheduled Virgin Gaming Challenge Series and will certainly douse a lot of good players hope of going, but I still predict they will get a big number in attendance.
The location is at a local university in Amsterdam which from the pictures looks a very spacious and clean venue. It’s always nice to see new building as a hosting location as it is rarely chosen due to usually bumps the price!
Will you be attending this event in the new year?
So i47 has quickly approached and since passed and wow, what an event it was. The event was 4 days in length starting officially on the Friday 30th November and ending Monday 3rd December. As always we had our very own Dave Witts running the event for all 4 days, along side him we had the familiar face of Aubs Morrison and a special guest admin young Jamie Witts.
To get you all in the mood for the FIFA event at i47 I will be doing as many interviews as possible before hand.
Today I will be doing a pre-i47 interview with Olly Shaw.
With just under a week to go until the FIFA 13 1v1 at i47, we decided that it was time to announce our predicted top 5. The way that the top 5 is made is via 3 panellists. Each panellist labels from 1 to 5 the players they believe will finish in those positions, 1 being the winner working the way down.
After losing 2-1 in the first game against TCM DaveBTW, it was now time to face him for the next game in the best of three series. Dave had a lot of possession in the last game and I made a lot of defensive errors, sloppy defending and not getting close enough to his attackers to stop him getting his shots on goal.
Can I win this second game and take the game to a third match, If I do it will take a lot of changes from the first game!
